Everything you need to know about signing up, paying, and making picks.
How do I create a profile?
Select the Sign Up button on the Home Page. Complete the information and select Sign Up when finished. Retrieve the confirmation email for a link to finalize your profile setup.
Note: Confirmation emails may land in your Junk, Trash, or Spam folder depending on your email settings.
What are the rules of the NCAA Survivor?
See the Rules tab for detailed rules covering rounds, eliminations, payouts, and deadlines.
How do I make my payment?
See the Payment Details on the Rules tab. Payments can be made via Venmo or PayPal using the Friends & Family payment method.
How do I create an entry?
- Click Entries in the navigation bar at the top.
- Select the + Add Entry button.
- Review the payment options. If you have not paid, use the payment details to submit payment.
- Enter an entry name and confirm whether you have paid.
- Click the Create button when finished.
Can I have multiple entries?
Yes! You may create multiple entries under one profile. Follow the same steps as creating your first entry.
Please ensure your total payment reflects the number of entries submitted:
- 1 entry = $30
- 3 entries = $90
- 5 entries = $150
Why does my payment say 'Paid — Unverified'?
Administrators periodically upload payment confirmations leading up to tip-off. Once uploaded, your status will shift to Paid — Verified.
You can still make picks while in Paid — Unverified status.
I selected 'No' for payment but have since paid. Why does it still say 'Unpaid'?
Administrators periodically upload payment confirmations. Once uploaded, your status will automatically shift to Paid — Verified.
You can still make picks while in Unpaid status while waiting for administrators to update accordingly.
How do I make my selections?
- Prior to the deadline, select the entry in the Entry dropdown.
- In the Make Your Selection section, choose teams according to the current round rules shown at the top of the page.
- Select the region dropdown and choose your team(s).
- Press the Save Picks button.
- Scroll to the top to confirm picks are highlighted in green with a checkmark.
You must complete all required picks (South, West, East, Midwest) before pressing Save Picks.
Can I change my picks before the deadline?
Yes! Prior to the deadline, select the region dropdown and update your team selection. Your previous pick will show as Picked — Pending and your new selection will be marked SELECTED — NOT SAVED.
Once you've selected your new team, press Save Picks. Scroll to the top to confirm your updated picks are highlighted in green with a checkmark.
How can I view which teams I have picked?
Your current round selections are visible on the Entries tab. If you have multiple entries, use the entry dropdown to flip between them and view picks for each.
How can I view which teams I have left?
Scroll to the bottom of the Entries page to find the All Teams section. Expand each region to see the status of every team:
- Picked — Won: Teams you used in previous rounds that won.
- Eliminated: Teams that have lost in the tournament.
- SELECTED — SAVED: Your picks saved for the current round.
- No badge: Teams still available to pick.
